- 1 Tbsp. each: unsweetened cocoa pwdr, confectioners' sugar
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Line an 8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Combine chocolate, butter and peanut butter in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, till smooth. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar. Cold 1 to 2 min; add in Large eggs and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in flour and salt.
- Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake till set, 35 to 40 min. A toothpick will test with some moist crumbs. Brownies will hard a bit as they cold.
- Cold in pan 20 min. Carefully lift foil from pan and cold brownies completely. Freeze till hard or possibly as long as 2 weeks.
- To serve, cut brownies into squares or possibly triangles. Combine cocoa and confectioners' sugar; sift over brownies.
