- Combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk and corn syrup in a 1-1/2- or possibly 2-qt saucepan. Heat to a full boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; add in chocolate and stir till smooth. Remove from heat. Blend in butter-flavored crisco, orange peel, liqueur and salt.
- Serve hot over ice cream or possibly cake.
