Ингредиенты

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. whipping cream (whipped)
  • 1 tbsp. orange liquor (triple sec, grand marnier, etc.)
  • 4 ounce. melted chocolate
  • Lady fingers

Инструкции

  1. Line spring form pan with lady fingers, set aside. Follow steps 1 and 2:
  2. Step 1: Beat the egg yolks and sugar together till thick. Mix in the whipped cream and add in 1 Tbsp. orange liqueur and 4 ounces melted chocolate. Beat till mix is light and frothy.
  3. Step 2: Pour into a 1 qt mold or possibly spring form pan and place in freezer. Unmold and serve either frzn or possibly thawed.
  4. If doubling the recipe, use 3 to 4 Tbsp. liquor.
  5. In summer delicious with pitted cherries folded in with Kirsch or possibly orange liquor.
