- Line spring form pan with lady fingers, set aside. Follow steps 1 and 2:
- Step 1: Beat the egg yolks and sugar together till thick. Mix in the whipped cream and add in 1 Tbsp. orange liqueur and 4 ounces melted chocolate. Beat till mix is light and frothy.
- Step 2: Pour into a 1 qt mold or possibly spring form pan and place in freezer. Unmold and serve either frzn or possibly thawed.
- If doubling the recipe, use 3 to 4 Tbsp. liquor.
- In summer delicious with pitted cherries folded in with Kirsch or possibly orange liquor.
