Ингредиенты

1 egg separated 1 ounce. chocolate bitter sweet

1 tbsp. sugar

Инструкции

1. Whisk together yolk and sugar. Heat chocolate and add in to egg mix. Beat egg white till stiff, fold egg white into chocolate mix. Pour into individual servings bowls and refrigeratetill hard. Increase recipe to serve as many as needed.
