- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 c. cocoa
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. warm coffee
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1 T lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

- Put together all ingredients except black hot coffee. Mix. Add in hot coffee. Batter will be thin. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake 30 min at 375 degrees.When cooled, put together cream cheese, lowfat milk and powdered sugar. Frost then serve.
