2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 c. sugar, divided

3/4 c. vegetable oil 2 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. (1 1/2 c.) Nestle's Toll House mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine 1 c. sugar and vegetable oil; mix well. Beat Large eggs and vanilla extract. Gradually add in flour mix. Stir in Nestle Toll House mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
4. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Shape into balls. Roll in remaining sugar. Bake 8 to 10 min.
