1 regular pie crust 1 (4 1/2 ounce.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated lowfat milk, chilled

2-4 tbsp. creme de menthe or possibly 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract 1 (8 ounce.) Cold Whip

Инструкции

1. In large bowl beat chilled Pet lowfat milk and pudding mix for 1 minute. Add in extract. Mix well. Mix in 3/4 of whipped topping. Pour into shell. Chill 4 hrs. Garnish with rest of topping before serving.
