10 ounce. mint chocolate chips 3/4 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar 1 egg yolk

1 1/4 c. flour 1/2 c. reserved mint chips 1 1/2 tbsp. shortening 2 tbsp. minced toasted almonds

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat in microwave 1 c. chips; stir till smooth. Set aside. In large bowl, combine butter, confectioner's sugar, and egg yolk; beat till creamy. Add in melted morsels and flour; beat till well blended. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 min. Allow to stand 3 min before removing from cookie sheets. Cold completely.
