- Oven 350 degrees. In large bowl, put together flour, sugar, butter, large eggs and syrup. Beat till smooth. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 25 to 30 min. Cool completely in pan. Spread Mint Cream Center on cake. Cover and refrigerate.
- Mix all ingredients till smooth. Pour Chocolate Topping over chilled dessert. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
- In small saucepan, over very low heat, heat butter and chocolate chips. Remove from heat; stir till smooth. Cool slightly.
