Ингредиенты

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. cornstarch
  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten

Инструкции

  1. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, chocolate and salt; mix well. Gradually stir in lowfat milk and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir 1/2 of warm mix into egg yolks, mixing well. Return to pan. Bring back to boil; stir; boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour immediately into prebaked pie shell. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. MERINGUE: In medium bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar till soft peaks form. Gradually add in sugar. Beat till stiff peaks form. Pour on pie and bake 5 min or possibly till golden brown.
