- Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Beat egg yolks, add in lowfat milk and vanilla. Add in gradually to dry ingredients and beat till smooth (this will be very thin). Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min or possibly till custard is set.
- Remove from oven and top with meringue.
