- Heat butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and salt. Add in lowfat milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly till thick and smooth.
- Add in sugar, chocolate and marshmallows and stir till marshmallows are melted.
- Remove from heat and slowly add in egg yolks and vanilla. Blend well. Cold.
- When cold, mix in the egg whites into the chocolate marshmallow mix.
- Pour into a casserole or possibly souffle dish, place in a pan of boiling water and bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour or possibly till set.
- Serve hot or possibly cool with whipped cream. Serves 6.
