- Reserve 1/2 c. lowfat milk, pour remaining lowfat milk into large bowl and chill till thoroughly chilled.
- Combine cocoa and sugar in medium-size heavy saucepan; gradually stir in 1/2 c. reserved evaporated lowfat milk till blended. Add in marshmallows to cocoa mix; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till marshmallows are melted. Cold to room temperature.
