  • 9 ounce white chocolate, coarsely minced
  • 1/4 c. butter, cut into pcs
  • 4 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • 2 tsp cognac brandy
  • 6 ounce semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, cut into pcs
  • 1/4 c. whipping cream
  • 2 tsp Kahlua liqueur
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar

Инструкции

  1. Line a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan with wax paper. In a medium-sized saucepan, heat the white chocolate and the 1/4 c. butter. In a small bowl, whip together the 4 Tbsp. whipping cream and the brandy till stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream mix into the white chocolate mix and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips and the 3 Tbsp. butter. In a small bowl, whip together the 1/4 c. whipping cream and the liqueur till stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream mix into the chocolate chip mix and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whip together the egg whites and sugar till stiff peaks form.
  4. Add in two-thirds of the egg white mix to the reserved white chocolate mix. Add in the remaining egg white mix to the reserved chocolate chip mix. Pour both blended mixtures into the prepared pan in order and refrigeratefor 4 hrs. Slice and serve immediately.
