- Beat 2 1/2 c. cream with malted lowfat milk pwdr and icing sugar in a large bowl till stiff. Beat in the vanilla. Mix in the grated chocolate. Mix in the bread crumbs.
- Spoon the mix into a 1 1/2 - 2 quart souffle dish. Chill, covered overnight.
- No more than three hrs before serving, beat the remaining 1/2 c. cream in a medium bowl till stiff. Using a pastry bag, pipe the remaining cream in concentric circles in concentric circles over the top. Keep chilled till ready to serve. SERVES: 6-8
