- Refrigeratetill icy cool: 3/4 c. PET lowfat milk.
- Fold in saucepan:1/3 c. sugar, 2 Tbsp. cocoa, 2 Tbsp. flour.
- Stir in gradually: 1/4 c. Pet lowfat milk mixed with 1/4 c. water, ( not the chilled lowfat milk above!)
- Boil and stir over low heat 3 min or possibly till the mix is slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and add in: 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cover and chill.
- Whip the 3/4 c. of chilled lowfat milk with cool rotary beater, or possibly electric beater at high speed till stiff. Fold into chilled cocoa mix.
- Freeze, without stirring in tray of automatic refrigerator at coldest temperature, or possibly in a mold buried in a mix of 3 parts crushed ice to 1 part ice cream salt.
- Makes about 1 qt.
