Chocolate Ice Cream Droplets

One of my daughter's favorite dessert snacks.

Ингредиенты

  • Heavy cream
  • Sugar
  • Fresh Fruit of choice (strawberry, banana, etc)
  • I choose mango
  • Dark chocolate, melted

Инструкции

  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients together until well blended and cream is thick.
  2. Spread on a baking tray with wax paper
  3. Chill for an hour.
  4. Take out the chilled cream from the fridge and slice into tiny cubelets
  5. Drop each cubelet onto the melted chocolate until well coated.
  6. Finish the rest of the cubed cream and lay them on a baking tray with wax paper.
  7. Chill for an hour.
  8. Serve.
