2 c. lowfat milk 4 T cocoa

4 T sugar 4 T flour

1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Slowly bring Lowfat milk to just below boil. (Don't boil!)Whisk in Dry mix. Stir almost constantly till gravy thickens.
2. Easy and fun for the family. Good over scrambled large eggs or possibly biscuits.
