- Preheat oven to 350F. Place chocolate chips or possibly carob in a bowl & place it in warm water to heat stirring with a spoon. Place remaining ingredients in a food processor & blend until smooth & creamy. Add in melted chocolate & puree a few moments. Pour into a very lightly oiled 1-qt souffle dish. Bake for 40 to 45 min, or possibly till the souffle has completely puffed up. Cold for 5 min.
