- Arrange fruits attractively on small plates or possibly a platter and set aside.
- In heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine cream and marmalade, and heat, stirring constantly, till marmalade melts. Reduce heat to low. Add in chocolate and whisk till chocolate melts and mix is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in Grand Marnier. Pour into fondue pot or possibly warmed bowl. Place pot over a warmer or possibly place bowl on a platter. Serve fruits alongside with skewers or possibly fondue forks for dipping.
