3 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1/3 c. heavy cream 1/4 c. softened butter

2 ounce Nestle's Choco Bake (2 envs.) 2 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Put together all ingredients in bowl and stir till well blended. Fills and frosts 2 (8 or possibly 9 inch) cake layers.
