Ингредиенты

2 sq. bitter chocolate
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

2 T cornstarch
1 teaspoon butter

Инструкции

Heat chocolate; add in sugar, butter and water over low heat in double boiler. Stir when hot, add in cornstarch mixed with a little water. Cook till thick. Makes filling and icing for a 2 layer cake. Makes a very smooth icing, not sugary.
