- Mix cocoa and coffee till smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
- Beat together Large eggs, butter, sugar and extracts.
- Add in flour and coffee mixtures to the butter mix alternately, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
- Grease and flour the bottom of a 9" by 13" cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min to one hour, till toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
