3 egg whites 1/2 pound almonds, grated

4 sq. unsweetened grated chocolate 1/2 pound 10x sugar

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg whites till stiff. Gradually add in sugar and keep on beating till very thick. Must hold shape. Remove 1/2 cup of egg mix. Then add in grated nuts and chocolate. Roll into balls in sugar. Place on well greased cookie sheet. Thumb press center and in each put a dab of egg mix. Bake about 10 min.
