1 (15 ounce.) part-skim ricotta cheese
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1 (4 ounce.) pkg. of 6 individual graham tart shells
2 c. assorted fresh fruit
1 ounce. semi-sweet chocolate, melted

In medium bowl, mix first 4 ingredients till well combined. Spoon ricotta mix into tart shells, arrange fruit on top. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Makes 6 servings.
