Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

These go great at bridal showers and a little goes a long way.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 large Candy bar (I like Hershey's milk or Dark chocolate- the BIG one)
  • 1 package low-cost (waxy) Chocolate Chips
  • 2 pints fresh Strawberries
  • 1 package mini cupcake wrappers
  • 1 pkg. 3" skewers (optional- keeps fingers from getting sticky)

  1. Wash strawberries and let dry. This is important because melted chocolate sticks to a dry surface better, and helps the berries last longer.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, break-up candy bar, and add chocolate chips. Melt for 1 minute, then stir, repeat until all chocolate and chips are well combined.
  3. I using skewers, pierce skewer into berry stem, then roll in chocolate bowl. Once covered, place in wrapper to let cool. Repeat until done, then refrigerate.
  4. Enjoy!
