- Between 2 Ritz crackers, spread peanut butter, approximately 1/8 inch thick. Set crackers aside.
- Spread wax paper over 4 cookie sheets. In a double boiler over low heat, heat the almond bark. Mix the bark well, being careful not to let any water in the bark mix (water granulates it).
- Using a set of tong, dip each set of crackers in the bark mix. Place each one on the wax paper. Press a walnut on top of each one while bark is still warm. Let cold approximately 30 min before eating. Enjoy.
- Stir in walnut halves in remaining bark, spoon out in small clusters on wax paper for a candy treat.
