- For custard, combine 2 c. lowfat milk, sugar and butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high (100%) for 9 min, stirring every three min, or possibly till chocolate is melted. Stir in bread cubes, vanilla, cinnamon, and remaining lowfat milk into warm mix. Stir in Large eggs. Let stand five min. Stir and pour into buttered 1-1/2 qt baking dish or possibly souffle dish. Bake at 350* for 45-55 min or possibly till table knife inserted into center comes out clean. Serve hot, topped with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if you like.
