- Heat chocolate in the top of a double boiler. Stir in lowfat milk and heat.
- Add in sugar, flour and salt and cook, stirring constantly, till thick. Stir in egg yolk and cook for 2 min.
- Remove from heat. Add in vanilla. Cold.
- When cold, mix in whipped cream. Chill. Serves 4.
