Chocolate Cupcakes - As my experimenting with baking continues, here is the chocolate cupcake that I tried out. It is made from Hershey's chocolate powder, it is delicious and mouth watering. Do try it out, it is easy to prepare. Kids will definitely love it. So for a perfect tea time or for your kids snack box, check this chocolate cupcake. This doesn't include butter.
Ingredients
- Maida/Plain flour - 1.5 cup
- Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Hershey's Cocoa pwd- 5 tbsp
- Vegetable Oil - 1/4 cup
- Salt-pinch
- Milk-1 cup
- Lemon Juice-1 tbsp
- Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
- Few Walnuts- shredded
Method - Preheat the oven to 180ºc ,prepare the cupcake tray by lining with parchment paper. Next sieve the flour, baking powder, baking soda,cocoa powder well. In a bowl, mix sugar and oil and blend well. Next add milk and mix again. Once it is mixed well, add the flour mix slowly and fold in carefully. Do not over mix. Add the batter to baking tray. Bake it for 30 mins. You can insert a toothpick, to check if the cake is done well.
Once done, let it cool. Enjoy yummy and delicious chocolate cupcake.
