  • 1 pkt (14 ounce) sweetened coconut
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Cocoa

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl combine the coconut and the condensed lowfat milk. Add in the vanilla and mix well.
  2. Heat the butter over low heat or possibly in a microwave oven. Add in the cocoa to the melted butter and stir till it dissolves. Add in the hot butter and cocoa mix to the coconut mix and stir till well blended.
  3. Drop teaspoonsful of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 min (they will be moist). Remove the cookies from the baking sheet and cold on a wire rack.
