Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 5 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 7 ounce Dry-roasted macadamia nuts (about 1 1/2 c.)
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Shredded or possibly flaked coconut
  • 1 x Unbaked pie crust/9 inch

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and flour. With a fork or possibly wooden spoon (not an electric mixer), beat in Large eggs, butter, lowfat milk, and vanilla.
  2. Stir in nuts, chocolate chips, and coconut till well mixed.
  3. Turn into pie crust. Bake for 30-35 min, till just barely set. Let pie cold, then chill till set, at least 2 hrs. JM
