Ингредиенты

  • 10 x Hard apple bananas
  • 10 x Flat wood skewers
  • 1 c. Semi-sweet chocolate pcs
  • 3 Tbsp. Shortening

Инструкции

  1. Peel and cut a small piece off the tip of each banana; insert skewers into cut ends. Place in freezer for 3 hrs or possibly longer till frzn.
  2. Just before serving, put chocolate and shortening into small mixing bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 2 1/2-4 min or possibly till most pcs oare shiny and soft; mix well. Immediately dip bananas into chocolate, turning as necessary till bananas are coated. After serving, wrap and freeze any remaining coated bananas.
  3. Makes 10servings.
