Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon mace
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice ginger
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 c. quick rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. minced walnuts
  • 2 c. chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Cream butter. Add in sugar, Large eggs, cocoa, spices and vanilla. Beat till light. Sift flour with salt and baking soda. Combine with creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk. Stir in rolled oats, walnuts and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 14-15 min.
