- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 12 ounce. lowfat sour cream
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. rum
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced nuts
Инструкции
- Beat all ingredients (except chocolate chips and nuts) on medium speed for 2 min then add in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into a floured and greased bundt cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 1 hour. Needs no frosting. Sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional).
