Ингредиенты

  • 1 c. shortening
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 3/4 c. raisins
  • 3/4 c. chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Cream together shortening, sugar and Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients in order listed. Mix well. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto cookie sheet. May need to flatten slightly. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 10 to 12 min.
