Ингредиенты

  • 1 2/3 c. all purpose flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

  1. In large bowl, thoroughly mix the flour, sugar, pie spice, soda, baking pwdr, and salt. In a separate bowl, combine Large eggs, pumpkin and butter; whisk till blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour over dry ingredients and mix in with spatula till moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin c.. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min or possibly till puffed and springy to touch. Turn out onto rack and cold. Makes 12-14 muffins.
