Ingredients: 1/2 c. granulated sugar; 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed; 1/2 c. peanut butter; 1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened; 1/4 c. shortening; 1 x egg; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp baking pwdr; 4 c. Rice Krispies; 6 ounce chocolate chips, *see Note

1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter or possibly margarine, softened
1/4 c. shortening
1 x egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking pwdr
4 c. Rice Krispies
6 ounce chocolate chips, *see Note

Инструкции

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sugars, peanut butter, shortening, egg, baking soda, and baking pwdr in 4 qt bowl thoroughly. Stir in cereal and chocolate chips. Shape dough slightly by rounded Tbsp.. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake till golden brown: 10-12 min. Cold 5 min before removing from cookie sheet.
About 3 1/2 dozen.
*Note: You can substitute butterscotch chips for chocolate chips.
