Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. quick oats
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, shortening, egg and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, baking pwdr, and salt and mix with other mix. Add in oatmeal and chocolate chips. Drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
