3/4 c. white sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. shortening (part lard) (I use 1/2 c. butter, 1/2 c. Crisco shortening) 2 Large eggs 2 c. sifted flour 2 c. oatmeal (quick oatmeal)

1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking pwdr 1 teaspoon salt Chocolate chips Raisins, coconut & nuts (optional)

Инструкции

1. Mix white and brown sugar, shortening and Large eggs. Then add in rest of ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet (lightly greased). Bake at 375 degrees for 8 min, switching from top to bottom racks 4 min each, till brown.
