Ингредиенты

  • 2 egg whites
  • 8 tbsp. sugar (preferably superfine)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 c. chocolate chips (reg. or possibly mini)
  • (Can sub. mint chips or possibly peanut butter chips)

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with brown paper or possibly parchment. Beat the egg whites till stiff but not dry and add in 6 Tbsp. of sugar, a spoonful at a time, beating well between each addition. Add in the vanilla and mix in the remaining 2 Tbsp. of sugar and chocolate chips.
  2. Shape the kisses on cookie sheet with a pastry bag or possibly two spoons (about the size of silver dollars). Bake for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let them remain in the oven for 3-6 more hrs. The kids love them!
