.%20I%20did%20top%20them%20with%20a%20Chocolate%20Marshmallow%20frosting%20which%20was%20a%20lovely%20addition.%20Then%20there's%20creamy,%20slightly%20sweet,%20soft,%20and%20fudgy%20all%20in%20the%20same%20bite!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20idea%20is%20that%20all%20of%20the%20members%20are%20assigned%20a%20blog%20(secretly%20of%20course!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eand%20each%20member%20can%20peruse%20their%20assigned%20blog%20to%20find%20something%20that%20they%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewould%20like%20to%20make,%20or%20several%20things%20to%20make%20in%20the%20future.%20The%20assigned%20blogs%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eare%20kept%20completely%20secret%20until%20the%20reveal%20day%20and%20time,%20then%20you%20get%20to%20see%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Ewho%20had%20your%20blog,%20and%20you%20get%20to%20post%20about%20what%20you%20made%20from%20your%20assigned%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Eblog.%20It's%20a%20lot%20of%20fun,%20and%20a%20great%20way%20to%20discover%20new%20blogs%20and%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3Erecipes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20month%20I%20was%20assigned%20to%20Dancing%20Veggies.%20Amanda's%20blog%20is%20all%20vegetarian%20with%20some%20vegan%20and%20gluten%20free%20recipes%20as%20well.%20There's%20so%20many%20to%20choose%20from%20that%20I%20had%20a%20hard%20time%20deciding.%20I%20thought%20about%20the%20Cinnamon%20Waffles%20with%20Cinnamon%20Apples%20or%20the%20Sriracha%20White%20Bean%20Dip%20but%20ultimately%20I%20decided%20on%20the%20Chocolate%20Chip%20Fudge%20Brownies.%20I%20really%20liked%20them!%20I%20did%20make%20a%20change%20though%20but%20it%20was%20because%20I%20felt%20I%20needed%20to.%20In%20the%20original%20recipe%20(which%20doesn't%20have%20frosting)%20you%20bake%20the%20brownies%20halfway,%20sprinkle%20with%20chocolate%20chips,%20then%20bake%20until%20done.%20When%20my%20brownies%20were%20done%20then%20all%20my%20chocolate%20chips%20on%20the%20top%20were%20burnt%20:(.%20So%20I%20scraped%20them%20off%20(which%20worked%20surprisingly%20well%20because%20of%20the%20crunchy,%20smooth%20top)%20and%20decided%20to%20make%20frosting%20to%20cover%20the%20error.%20%20I%20made%20Chocolate%20Marshmallow%20frosting%20because%20the%20brownies%20reminded%20me%20of%20a%20marshmallow%20with%20the%20texture,%20which%20I%20loved.%20The%20original%20recipe%20can%20be%20found%20here.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EChocolate%20Chip%20Fudge%20Brownies%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%20one%208%E2%80%9D%20x%208%E2%80%9D%20pan%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20Preheat%20oven%20to%20375F.%20Lightly%20grease%20an%208%E2%80%9D%20x%208%E2%80%9D%20pan%20or%20line%20with%20non-stick%20foil,%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20Melt%201%20cup%20chocolate%20chips%20and%2010%20tablespoons%20butter%20over%20medium-low%20heat,%20stirring%20frequently%20until%20it%20begins%20to%20melt,%20then%20stirring%20constantly%20until%20almost%20smooth.%20Stir%20in%20sour%20cream%20until%20smooth.%20Remove%20from%20heat%20and%20set%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20In%20a%20mixer,%20cream%20the%20sugar%20and%20eggs%20for%203%20minutes%20of%20high%20speed.%20Add%20the%20vanilla%20and%20mix%20an%20additional%20two%20minutes.%20Pour%20the%20chocolate%20mixture%20into%20the%20mixer%20with%20the%20sugar%20mixture%20and%20blend%20until%20smooth.%20Stir%20in%20the%20flour%20until%20just%20blended.%20Add%20the%20remaining%20%C2%BD%20cup%20chocolate%20chips.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
