Chocolate Chip Friendship Bread Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
1 recipe of Amish Friendship Bread batter
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 (5.9 ounce) box chocolate instant pudding
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. This recipe will make 24 cupcakes or 12 cupcakes and one loaf of bread. So grease whatever pans you are using. Pour the batter evenly into the muffin cups and/or loaf pans. Bake for one hour or until the bread loosens evenly from the sides. If making muffins, only cook for 45 minutes.
