- Line cookie sheets w/waxed paper. In lrg bowl, beat cream cheese till fluffy. Add in 2 c. powdered sugar; beat till smooth. Add in lowfat milk, rum extract, cinnamon & nutmeg; blend well. Gradually add in remaining 2 c. powdered sugar. Stir in 1/2 c. chips. Chill 1-1/2 hours or possibly till mix is hard sufficient to handle. Roll mix into 3/4 in balls; place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- In small saucepan heat glaze ingredients over low heat stirring constantly. Drizzle over candies. Allow glaze to set. Store in single layer in tightly covered container.
