  • Refrigerated pie dough
  • 1 c. White sugar
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans
  • 1 c. Chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Directions: Press the pie dough into a 9" pie pan. Trim off excess dough. In a large bowl, combine the white sugar, brown sugar, flour, beaten Large eggs, and melted butter. Mix in the nuts and chocolate chips.
  2. Spread the cookie batter into the unbaked crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour till a toothpick comes out clean. Garnish with whipped cream.
