%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELindsay%20has%20invented%20the%20perfect%20cookie%20dough.%20It%20tastes%20great.%20It's%20egg%20free%20and%20perfectly%20safe%20to%20eat%20raw.%20it%20mixes%20up%20quick%20and%20easily,%20and,%20best%20of%20all,%20you%20can%20use%20it%20to%20make%20dozens%20of%20delicious%20cookie%20dough%20creations,%20from%20cakes,%20custards,%20and%20pies%20to%20candies,%20brownies,%20and%20even%20granola%20bars.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIncluded%20are%20recipes%20for%20indulgent%20breakfasts%20(cookie%20dough%20doughnuts!),%20frozen%20treats%20(cookie%20dough%20Popsicles!),%20and%20outrageous%20snacks%20(cookie%20dough%20eggrolls!%20cookie%20dough%20fudge!%20cookie%20dough%20pizza!).%20If%20your%20mom%20ever%20caught%20you%20with%20your%20finger%20in%20the%20cookie%20dough%20bowl%20and%20if%20raw%20cookie%20dough%20is%20your%20secret%20indulgence%20.%20.%20.%20then%20this%20book%20is%20for%20you!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt's%20a%20beautifully%20laid%20out%20book%20with%20clear%20instructions,%20beautiful%20full%20colour%20photographs%20to%20accompany%20each%20recipe%20.%20.%20.%20I%20love%20that%20it%20is%20coil%20bound,%20so%20that%20the%20pages%20stay%20open%20with%20no%20problem%20at%20all.%20It's%20a%20great%20size,%20not%20too%20big,%20not%20too%20small%20.%20.%20.%20just%20perfect%20for%20having%20on%20the%20countertop%20next%20to%20you%20while%20you%20cook,%20but%20it%20also%20stands%20up%20really%20well%20on%20it's%20own,%20which%20is%20also%20a%20bonus!%20There%20are%20also%20lots%20of%20nice%20tips%20on%20ingredients,%20equipment,%20packaging%20ideas,%20etc.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAs%20you%20know%20I%20would%20never%20review%20a%20cookery%20book%20without%20trying%20out%20some%20of%20the%20recipes%20and%20I%20have%20done%20just%20that,%20with%20fab%20results!%20Today%20I%20made%20the%20Chocolate%20Chip%20Cookie%20Dough%20Bread%20Pudding.%20We%20are%20bread%20pudding%20nuts%20in%20this%20house!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20so%20easy%20to%20put%20together.%20All%20of%20the%20instructions%20were%20clear%20and%20easy%20to%20understand.%20Even%20though%20there%20were%20three%20separate%20components%20of%20the%20recipe%20.%20.%20.%20it%20was%20neither%20long,%20nor%20hard%20to%20execute,%20nor%20really%20long%20winded.%20It%20went%20together%20lickety%20split%20really.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOh%20my%20but%20it%20smelled%20gorgeous%20when%20it%20was%20cooking%20.%20.%20.%20I%20could%20hardly%20wait%20to%20get%20it%20out%20of%20the%20oven.%20It%20was%20just%20beautiful%20when%20it%20was%20done.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20did%20make%20a%20few%20modifications.%20Because%20there%20are%20only%20two%20of%20us,%20I%20cut%20the%20recipe%20down%20by%20a%20third%20and%20baked%20it%20in%20two%20individual%20pie%20dishes%20.%20.%20.%20with%20each%20dish%20being%20cut%20in%20half%20to%20serve%20two%20people%20.%20.%20.%20but%20let%20me%20tell%20you,%20this%20was%20soooo%20good%20I%20could%20easily%20have%20eaten%20one%20all%20by%20myself.%20Dangerous%20stuff%20indeed!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20only%20thing%20that%20could%20have%20made%20it%20any%20better%20would%20have%20been%20a%20nice%20scoop%20of%20vanilla%20ice%20cream%20crowning%20it.%20I%20didn't%20have%20any.%20Boo%20Hoo!!%20Anyways,%20if%20this%20recipe%20is%20any%20indication%20of%20the%20ease%20and%20perfection%20of%20the%20rest%20of%20the%20recipes%20in%20this%20delightful%20little%20book,%20it's%20a%20winner%20winner%20chicken%20dinner!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBuy%20it%20NOW!%20You%20won't%20regret%20it.%20It%20has%20a%20wonderful%20variety%20of%20recipes%20to%20please%20just%20about%20anyone,%20and%20would%20make%20a%20nice%20addition%20to%20anyone's%20collection!%20I%20am%20so%20glad%20I%20didn't%20make%20the%20full%20recipe%20.%20.%20.%20this%20one%20is%20pretty%20hard%20to%20resist%20and%20reduced%20my%20will%20power%20to%20just%20about%20N-I-L!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E*Chocolate%20Chip%20Cookie%20Dough%20Bread%20Pudding*%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EServes%2012%20(I%20have%20successfully%20cut%20this%20down%20to%20a%20third%20of%20a%20recipe)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThree%20little%20words%20.%20.%20.%20deliciously%20decadently%20MOREISH!%20May%20I%20add%20Nom%20Nom!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFor%20the%20Bread:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPre-heat%20your%20oven%20to%20200*C./400*F/%20gas%20mark%206.%20Toss%20the%20bread%20cubes%20with%20the%20melted%20butter%20and%20spread%20them%20out%20onto%20a%20couple%20of%20large%20rimmed%20baking%20sheets.%20Bake%20in%20the%20preheated%20oven%20for%208%20to%2010%20minutes%20until%20golden.%20Remove%20from%20the%20oven%20and%20reduce%20the%20oven%20temperature%20to%20180*C/350*F/%20gas%20mark%204.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlace%20the%20bread%20cubes%20into%20a%2013%20by%209%20inch%20baking%20pan.%20Whisk%20together%20all%20of%20the%20custard%20ingredients.%20Pour%20this%20over%20the%20bread.%20Let%20stand%20for%2030%20minutes,%20giving%20it%20a%20turn%20every%20so%20often%20so%20that%20the%20bread%20absorbs%20the%20custard%20evenly.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECream%20together%20the%20butter%20and%20sugars%20for%20the%20cookie%20dough%20until%20light%20and%2
