  • 1 pkt Chocolate butter cake mix
  • 4 ounce Chocolate pudding mix, instant
  • 6 ounce Chocolate chips, chilled
  • 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3/4 c. Minced pecans, optional

Инструкции

  1. Toss chocolate chips (and nuts if you like) in small bowl and mix with 1 Tbs of cake mix. Blend rest of cake mix and pudding in large mixing bowl. Mix oil, water, vanilla, and Large eggs together in separate bowl; add in to dry ingredients. Add in lowfat sour cream. When mixed well, mix in chocolate chips.
  2. Bake in bundt pan at 350 for 50 minutes. Ice with regular powdered sugar icing to that 2 Tbs Hershey's cocoa has been added or possibly with Rocky Road Frosting. Pecans may also be added to icing.
  3. (Freezing the chips and tossing them with the dry mix keeps them from settling to the bottom of the pan or possibly melting away into the mix.)
  4. NOTES : Very delicious and moist, but not too sweet.
