Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. White sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. Soft butter
  • 1 x Egg
  • 1 c. Hot lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 c. Chocolate chips (6 ounce pk)

Инструкции

  1. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into the pan in the order listed, select white bread and push
  2. "Start". When the machine "beeps" 5 min from the end of the second kneading, add in the chocolate chips.
  3. NOTE: Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
  4. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine.
  5. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 minutes.
