Ингредиенты

  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 c. mashed bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 c. chocolate chips

Инструкции

  1. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix Large eggs, shortening, bananas and vanilla. Add in to dry ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips. Sprinkle tops of cookies with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 Tbsp. sugar mixed. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet and bake 10 min at 400 degrees.
