- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In large bowl combine all base ingredients at low speed till crumbly. Press in bottom of prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 min or possibly till set. Cold completely.
- In small pan combine gelatin and water; let stand 1 minute. Hot over low heat till dissolved. In small bowl combine dissolved gelatin, frosting and cherries at low speed till well blended. Spread proportionately over cooled base.
- In small saucepan over low heat heat chocolate chips and 2 Tbsp. butter, stirring constantly till well blended. Drizzle over filling. Chill till hard. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. 48 bars.
